Good things to know
How many totes do I actually need?
Most one bedroom apartments land around 25 totes, a two bedroom around 35. If you have a lot of books, records or kitchen gear, size up one package. Adding totes mid move is free and we deliver them within 24 hours.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks ahead is ideal, especially for the last weekend of the month. Plans change fast, so if you need totes in the next 72 hours, add rush delivery at checkout and we will do our best.
What if I need them longer than two weeks?
Extend by the week at a flat rate. We do not hook you with a cheap first week and then charge triple for the second. Tell us when you order or message us anytime before pickup day.
Do I have to be home for drop off or pickup?
No. Leave a note at checkout telling us where to leave them, whether that is a porch, a garage or a lobby. We will send a photo once they are dropped.
Are the totes clean?
Every tote is wiped and sanitized between moves, and any tote with a cracked wall or a warped lid comes out of rotation for good.
Is there a fee for stairs or a long carry?
No. Delivery and pickup are free at your doorstep, whatever floor that door is on. The price you see when you book is the price you pay.
