Choose a package, or set your own tote count in the quote builder. Tell us your move date, your address and where to leave the totes if you are not home. Payment is taken when you book so there is nothing to sort out at the door.
We arrive in your chosen two hour window and carry everything to your door, whatever floor that door is on. The totes come nested and clean with lids and a set of reusable labels. Nothing needs folding, taping or building.
Pack a room at a time, label the lid, stack it by the door. Lids clip shut so nothing spills on the stairs, and because every tote is the same size they load tight and square in the truck. Your rental clock runs from the day we dropped them off.
Message us once you have unpacked and we collect on the next Tuesday or Thursday run. Leave the totes nested by the door and walk away. We clean and inspect every one before it goes out again, so you never pay a cleaning fee.

No. Leave a note when you order telling us where to put them, whether that is a porch, a garage, a lobby or with a concierge. We send a photo once they are down.
A one bedroom usually lands around 25, a two bedroom around 35. Books, records and kitchen gear push the count up. If you run short, extra totes arrive free within 24 hours, so it is safe to start conservative.
Yes. The weekly rate keeps running at $1.50 per tote, so plenty of people hold them through a renovation or a staging period. Tell us roughly how long and we will plan the pickup.
Normal wear is on us and so is cleaning. We only charge for totes that are not returned or damage well beyond ordinary use, like a cracked wall or a melted lid.
We deliver and collect the totes. The move itself is yours, or your movers. Plenty of moving companies in the area are happy to work with rented totes, and several prefer them because they load faster.
