The smallest order we run is 25 totes for one week, which is $87.50 plus HST. Add a second week and 25 totes comes to $125 plus HST: $87.50 for week one and $37.50 for week two.

Your weeks start when the totes land.
Drop off day
Week one begins the day we set the totes down, not the day you booked. Delivery is free and takes about five minutes.
Your rental window
Pack, move, unpack. Two weeks covers most moves. Need longer? Each extra week is $1.50 per tote, billed at pickup.
Pickup day
Message us when you are done and we come the next available run. Finish early and we refund unused full weeks.
Final invoice
We charge the card on file once the totes are back. No damage fee for normal wear, and no cleaning fee ever.
The fine print, in plain words
Is HST included in the prices you show?
No. Every price on this page is before tax. HST of 13% is added at checkout, and the quote builder above shows you the tax line and the final total so there are no surprises.
What if I need the totes for a fifth or sixth week?
Keep them. Each additional week is $1.50 per tote and is added to your final invoice when we pick up. There is no penalty rate and no cap on how long you can hold them.
What if I finish early?
Tell us and we will collect them. If you return the totes before a full week you have paid for begins, we refund that week. Partial weeks are not refunded.
Do you take a deposit?
We keep a card on file rather than taking a deposit. It is only charged for totes that are not returned, or for damage well beyond normal use like a cracked wall or a melted lid.
Can I add totes after they are delivered?
Yes. Extra totes are the same $3.50 first week and $1.50 per additional week, and we drop them off free within 24 hours. Adding mid move is common and costs nothing extra in delivery.
Do you charge more for stairs or a walk up?
No. Delivery and pickup are free at your doorstep whatever floor that door is on. There is no elevator fee, no long carry fee and no fuel surcharge.
How do I pay?
Card at the time of booking for the rental, with the balance for extensions or add ons charged after pickup. We take Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
